Question. Is it ok to call a flesh and blood femboy a sissy boy?

I'm questioning the wording of this now.
There's femboy, femboi, trap, and sissy. Granted, sissy still comes away with a bad feel. So maybe not that one.
Did I miss any other terms? Is sissy not a really bad thing anymore?
